Before starting Horgan Search, Connor Horgan spent his career on both sides of the hiring equation. He has led and developed sales teams in growth-focused organizations, while also working within the recruiting industry supporting companies through critical hiring decisions.
That combination of experience as both a sales leader and a recruiter informs how this practice operates.
